In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create an alumna or student profile account (an "Account"). Your Account may not be shared, transferred, or sold to other parties. When creating your Account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account, and you must keep your Account password secure. You must notify JFEW immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account. Although JFEW will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your Account, you may be liable for the losses of JFEW or others due to such unauthorized use. You may never use another user's Account.
Rules for Online Conduct
You agree to use the Website in accordance with all applicable laws. Because JFEW is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization, you agree that you will not use the Website for organized partisan political activities or commercial purposes. You further agree that you will use all of the services or information provided on the Website in accordance with the rules of conduct set forth below. This includes interactions with other users by email, web post, postal mail, or phone.
You may not input, distribute, upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any content through the Website that:
1. is promotional in nature, including solicitations for funds or business, or constitutes junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or the like, without the prior written authorization of JFEW;

3. you do not have the right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
4. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
5. is harmful to minors; or
6. constitutes personally identifiable information of any other person that such person has not authorized you to disclose.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on the Website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) for further detail):
